Honey
Compared to
regular sugars (sucrose), honey sugars (glucose and fructose) are absorbed very
quickly by the body without impairing the function of the liver. Because honey
sugars are rapidly absorbed by the body and quickly release energy, honey is
definitely a must for weary and tired people and those suffering from severe
illness. In the presence of fructose, the body is better absorbed iron, so it
is recommended to eat honey. Eat honey to make you feel less sick and more
lively! Recommended daily intake (multiple meals): For child-30gr (1 teaspoon 2
or 3 times a day) Elderly-60gr Workers-90gr Recommended to be taken 1.5-2 hours
before or 3 hours after a meal, preferably with warm boiled water in equal
parts or with tea or milk, ie diluted. Honey dissolved in warm water reduces
stomach acidity, relieves pain (burning) and does not irritate the intestinal
tract, whereas cold water dilutes honey acidity.

composition has a sweating effect and promotes expectoration. A glass of hot
tea or milk needs one tablespoon of honey, you can also add lemon juice.
